Fermento (10 oz) is a starter culture which is used to eliminate the long curing time for fermentation in semi-dry cured products.  Often used when making Summer Sausage and Smoked Salami.  Use 1 oz per 2 lbs of meat. 10 oz will season 20lbs. Do not exceed 6 lbs of Fermento to 100 lbs of meat.  Gluten Free - Sugar Free
