Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Dextrose & less than 2% Tricalcium Phosphate as an anti caking agent. 

Bag will do about 250 pounds of sausage.

For about 25 pounds of sausage coarse grind 7.5 lbs. raw peeled potatoes through 3/8" grinder plate once. Combine ground potatoes (or 2 lbs dehydrated potatoes), 25 lbs ground meat (85% lean to 15% fat), 6 cups cold water & 10 oz seasoning in tub; mix well. Stuff into 33-36mm hog casings; twist into 6" links or form into patties. Bake, broil, fry or grill in usual manner. Store remainder in freezer, use within 3 months.
