Eldon's Mild Country Breakfast Sausage Seasoning features a perfect blend of spices, but not too much sage. 

Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Pepper, Paprika & Chili Pepper.

For 25 pounds sausage combine 25lbs. ground meat (85% lean to 15% fat), 1-2 cups ice water & 1 bag seasoning in large tub; knead well. Stuff into 22-24mm sheep or 22-26mm collagen casings; twist into 4" links, or form into patties. Bake, broil, fry or grill in usual manner. Package & store remainder of sausage in freezer up to 1 year.
