Good for all game that has a wild taste as that complements the seasoning. This is also known as pizza sausage. Get a five cheese pizza in the store then cook up a bell pepper, onion and mushrooms with a pound of this sausage and you will never eat out again.

Good product.

Management needs to get shipping costs down. S&H is much higher than most internet purchases.
