Recently made 25 lbs. of salami with this seasoning. (I bought enough seasoning for 150 lbs.) Added 2 lbs. high temp swiss cheese, smoked it and it is awesome! Used 12 1/2 lbs. pork, 8lbs. venison, 3 lbs. wild turkey and 1 1/2 lbs. pheasant. Really like using wild bird meat in my sausage.

The seasoning was good but the postage and handling costs as much as the product. when you are picking your spices out they tell you that it qualifies for free shipping but at check out they slam you with ridiculous charges and after you press purchase then they tell you free shipping is only on $100 orders.

THIS WILL BE MY FIRST TIME TRYING THE SALAMI SEASONING. I'M SURE IT WILL BE AS GOOD AS ALL THE OTHER SEASONINGS. I TRUST ELDON'S TO PRODUCE A GOOD PRODUCT, BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS HAVE.
