I add some legs ham spice to eldons brine for wild hog hams and deer hams I soak them for around 7 days  then I smoke them with different woods, they always turn out great , ask any of my friends   Thank You

I love this stuff!  The first time I tried to make ham I used Eldon's Premium Ham Brine, it was a total success.  No one could believe I made the ham.  I used a large boneless pork loin instead of the traditional hind quarter and it turned out perfect.  You won't be disappointed.
