Everyone will enjoy Leggs Old Plantation Bologna and Frank Seasoning which produces an old fashioned bologna or frank. Stuff into 4 inch diameter fibrous casings or 33-36MM hog casings. Makes 25 lbs. of smoked product. Cure not included. Seasons 25 pounds of meat. Blended of salt, dextrose, monosodium glutamate (2.86%), onion and garlic powder, sodium erythorbate (7/32oz), spice extractives and less than 2% tricalcium phosphates added as an anti-caking agent.
