I have always ordered from Eldons as their seasonings are the best available. I use them strictly for venison jerky and without hesitation I can tell you there is nothing else available that even comes close to the flavor and ease of use these seasonings provide. I am currently enjoying a fresh batch of jalapeno jerky. I have only been making jerky for a few years, however this is the absolute best jalapeño flavored jerky seasoning I have tasted to date.I mixed the five pound seasoning kit with 3.75 pounds of eye of round roast. I am confident I could have utilized 5 pounds of meat for the five pounds of seasoning. I have absolutely found my go to jalapeno jerky seasoning. This is my last stop.
