I love this stuff. I do add more hot stuff to it though, dried jalapeno's and some of my home made chipotle peppers.

I've been using eldonsausage seasonings for years. This seasoning is fantastic for making your own breakfast sausage with a kick.  I usually make 50# each fall using venison with pork shoulder.

We use this for small amounts of  burger at a time, both beef, and turkey.   It is so handy, an the flavor good.   Also add the seasoning to eggs when making breakfast sandwiches.
