Boudin Fresh Sausage is a long time southern favorite. It's generally served with cooked rice or as a breakfast side dish. Use bulk style (patty) or stuff into 33-36MM hog casings. Seasons 5lbs, 12.5 lbs, or 160 lbs. Ingredients: Salt, Onion Flakes, Chili Pepper, Parsley, Spices, Garlic. No MSG.

Great for Elk that have been in the rut. Use Uncle Bens rice for best results and maybe a couple % higher on the fat.
