I have used this corned cure for many years and it’s always a hit. Either smoked and sliced for cold pastrami or just tossing a whole dear hind leg segment into the crock pot it’s loved by all. However this order I just received looks different than previous it’s a lot lighter colored. I hope you haven’t changed the recipe.
