Eldon's Special Chorizo Seasoning is loaded with real Mexican flavor.  Use bulk style (patties) or stuff into 33-36MM hog casings.   Great cooked with scrambled eggs wrapped into tortillas.  No MSG.

Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Chili Pepper, Garlic Powder, Spice Extracts, less than 2% Tricalcium Phosphate added to prevent caking.

I did a lot of searching looking for a chorizo sausage "kit."  We used with venison and mixed in a little 83% hamburger for some fat.  Usually these types of seasoning kits are light on flavor.  This ended up being perfect.  We are beyond happy and will now be switching to Eldon's for all our future suasage seasoning supplies.  Wish I had found you guys earlier!  Fantastic product can't wait to try more.

We’ve used Eldon sausage seasonings for over 20 years I just can’t imagine sausage any other way. Great company fast shipping good prices what more could you ask for.
