Eldon's Bratwurst Seasoning produces an excellent sausage. An excellent dinner or breakfast link. Use bulk style for patties, or for the best results stuff into 33-36MM natural hog casings. Ingredients: Salt, Spices, White Pepper, Coriander, Thyme, Nutmeg, Savory, Clove Extracts, BHA (0.98%), Propyl Gallate (0.30%) & Citric Acid added to protect flavor. NO MSG.

Surprisingly, Eldon's bratwurst seasoning makes bratwurst almost as good as the "big name" makers.  I would receommend the seasoning to everyone.
