Old Plantation Smoked Andouille Seasoning - Blend 163. A traditional, full-bodied Cajun sausage including several peppers, garlic, onion and hints of herbs makes this andouille stand above the rest. A great addition to a processors line of cured, smoked, and fully cooked sausages. Seasons 25 lbs of meat. Cure not included.
