you sent us 2 number 6's and not a 7. so i have no idea if #7 is any good or not! we have always been very happy with your products, but this completely messed up our sausage making project the other night. i would just order another bag, but the shipping was so expensive, it actually cost more than the products themselves. very disappointed! is there anything you can do to make this right?
by the way, the #6 is delicious and we love it
