Protein lined fibrous casings cling to sausage meat as it drys. They're designed specifically for the dry and semi-dry curing process. Soak fibrous casings in warm water 15 minutes before using. Stuffed diameter appx. 2.4".

Haven't received it as yet but we have used it many times in the past.  By far the better of the different casings we have used.

I love the product and ease of this, the only thing I am disappointed in was I wanted to change my order after I placed it (wanted to double it). I could not find a phone number nor a place on line to change it. Now I have to pay an additional 15 dollars in shipping, kind of sucks because I thought shipping was really high anyway.
