Dakotah Water Pack Sausage Stuffer
Description: The Water Pack Stuffer can stuff any type of sausage (breakfast, German, Polish, Pepperoni, summer, slim Jim, salami, franks, bratwurst, etc.) with relative ease.
Capacity is about 10 pounds of meat.
Equipped with two plastic stuffing tubes, 3/8" and 3/4".
One person can operate this stuffer and have both hands free to work the casings. In fact, with practice a good operator should be able to stuff 100-150 lbs. of sausage per hour.
Features high-impact ABS plastic, FDA approved for use with food products.
Shortening makes the best lubricant for the piston and you may have to remove one of the o-rings for the first few batches of sausage. Hoses not included.
