Protein lined fibrous casings cling to sausage meat as it drys. They're designed specifically for the dry and semi-dry curing process. Soak fibrous casings in warm water 15 minutes before using. Stuffed diameter appx. 2.4".  Pre-stuck.

I love the product and ease of this, the only thing I am disappointed in was I wanted to change my order after I placed it (wanted to double it). I could not find a phone number nor a place on line to change it. Now I have to pay an additional 15 dollars in shipping, kind of sucks because I thought shipping was really high anyway.
