Description: Protein lined fibrous casings cling to sausage meat as it drys. They're designed specifically for the dry and semi-dry curing process. Soak fibrous casings in warm water 15 minutes before using. Stuffed diameter appx. 2.4".  Pre-stuck.

I was disappointed when I recived my order. I thought when I saw 1 1/2 it meant 1.5 inches, but that is not the case. it's actually 2.4 and that is too large. I wanted to return, but Eldon has a no return policy on casings. I did not even open the plastic bag. Still factory sealed. It is a lot of money to waste.
